Day 06 (Wyoming)

woke up in buffalo, wyoming. ate the best steak ever last night at winchester steak house. started the day with a drive through the bighorn national mountains on our way to yellowstone. nice scenery on the way, and the roads were crazy. wish i had the e30. after we got through there it was straight and flat, and boring. passed through emblem, wyoming which had population of 10. the town consisted of a store, a gas station, some houses, and a church. pretty exciting there. finall got to yellowstone that afternoon. place was amazing, everywhere i looked it was worth a picture. buffalo everywhere, elk, deer, real cool to see all of that. we were warned that the buffalo hold up traffic and they weren't lying. caused a traffic jam in the park. it started to rain after a while in there, then it poured. we got throught the park after 4 hours or so, then drove through grand teton national park. nice but it was raining, getting dark, and the roads were all under construction. finally it was so hard to drive we pulled into a hotel, oh wait no vacancy. slept in a parking lot. that wasn't fun.

bighorn.

welcome to yellowstone.
